Class Format
- Two-Week Trial: Perfect for newcomers, this option allows you to experience training without a long-term commitment.
- 12-Week Contract: For those ready to commit, this structured plan includes convenient monthly payments through credit card billing.
- Flexible Month-to-Month Option: Enjoy the freedom of ongoing access without being tied to a long-term contract.
- Women-Only Classes: Join our supportive and inclusive environment, where women can focus on fitness and develop their Muay Thai skills tailored specifically for them.

Class Schedules
Work with a coach on bags or on pads on basic stand, strikes and defense techniques. Ideal for people with little to no fighting skills.
AM: Monday through Saturday 9:45-10:30
PM: Monday through Saturday 5-5:45 (no Fridays)
Work with a partner on sharping skills such as striking and conditioning abilities, setting different combinations.
For people with moderate fighting knowledge.
AM: Monday through Saturday 10:30-11:30
PM: Monday through Saturday 6-7 (no Fridays & Saturdays)
cardio and skills are put to the test. Longer combos and more defined techniques, with 30m sparring at the end of each classes.
Set for want to be fighters and knowledgeable Muay Thai students.
AM: Monday through Saturday 11:30-1
PM: Monday through Saturday 7-8:30 (no Fridays & Saturdays)
45 min long design for the young to learn the art
4-4:45 Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays
