Class Format
- Two-Week Trial: Perfect for newcomers, this option allows you to experience training without a long-term commitment.
- 12-Week Contract: For those ready to commit, this structured plan includes convenient monthly payments through credit card billing.
- Flexible Month-to-Month Option: Enjoy the freedom of ongoing access without being tied to a long-term contract.
- Women-Only Classes: Join our supportive and inclusive environment, where women can focus on fitness and develop their Muay Thai skills tailored specifically for them.
Class Schedules
For an hour long, you will be introduced to the art of Muay Thai. This class combines cardio and striking, using punches, kicks, elbows and knee trikes. Recommended for people with basic knowledge of combat sports.
- Designed for students who have mastered the basics and are ready to advance their skills.
- Timing: Tue/Thu: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM
In this class, cardio and striking abilities are being put to the test. Longer rounds and more complex techniques than the beginners program. With sparring round at the end of each class, for a total of an hour and a half.
- An open session where students of all levels can practice freely and work on specific skills under instructor supervision.
- Timing: Sat: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Under the supervision of a coach, work on your own for 15 rounds of 3 minutes. Occasionally work one on one to correct your form, hit different bags and answer the coach's instructions. recommended for those who want to better their form and strengthen their cardo.
